Chevy Tahoe Rear Windows Dont Go Down

I have heard they dont go down all the way as a child safety feature.

Chevy tahoe rear windows dont go down. It isnt a child safety feature. So i have 2 problems. Power door locks on a 2004 chevy tahoe dont work. Were having issues now with the 2 rear windows.
