Rear Window Wont Unlock

I searched the forums for info on this topic but did not find anything directly related last month in the cold weather my left rear passenger door lock stopped working.

Rear window wont unlock. Mechanic says its the rear relay switch but isnt sure. October 19 2014 115746 Spent a good half an hour on Friday afternoon playing about with the lock all of a sudden it decided to unlock - this gave me the chance to open the door remove the trim.
